Pittsburgh-area grown player, Michael Sullivan will join the Men’s First Team competing in the NPSL for the 2021 season. Michael Sullivan

“Michael is a special player who can make something happen out of nothing,” said Coach Tom Campbell. “He can beat his man on or off the ball, on the ground or in the air, making him a constant threat.”

A senior from Deer Lakes High School, Sullivan plays soccer for Arsenal FC. He plans to attend The University of Pittsburgh to continue his athletic and academic career  majoring in mechanical engineering.

“The NPSL experience has allowed me to stretch my game and push myself leading into the college environment this fall while still competing at a high level,” said Sullivan.

Sullivan was selected all-state this year after leading his DL team to a wpial championship with 22 goals and 12 assists in 17 games this past season.

“After a very shortened season last year, I know myself and the boys are very hungry for a bit of a normal season coming up this summer and are looking forward to competing for a conference championship,” he said.

The Men’s first game is May 29th in Erie against the Commodores. Season tickets to all home games for both the Men’s and Women’s teams can be purchased in the Club Shop through a First Team Jersey purchase!
