Pulling on the Hotspurs jersey again, Jeremy Lucas has joined the Men’s First Team roster (NPSL).

Lucas, goalkeeper (Murrysville), will be attending Penn State New Kensington (PSUAC) in the fall.

“Jeremy is a local lad who has been through our club site a few years ago,” said Coach Tom Campbell. “His shot stopping ability is very good, and you can see his futsal background in how quickly he comes off his line to close down angles.”

Lucas most recently trained and competed with Century Soccer. He previously also trained with the Hotspurs academy, under Coach Mark Duffield whom he will play for again at PSU New Kensington.

“I don’t know what to expect in the NPSL, but I look forward to seeing what comes of it,” shared Lucas. “I want to keep playing at the highest level possible and continue developing and get better.”

The Pittsburgh Hotspurs first game is May 25th in Erie against the Commodores. Tickets can be purchased here.
