What is Overtime Athlete Training Sessions (OATS)?
OATS is for athletes that want to do more work on top of their club or school sports seasons. Here they'll work with one of our trainers on improving strength and speed to assist in their sport.

Each session is 60-75 minutes long and will vary in size, with a maximum of 15 athletes with one coach.

How do memberships work?
Purchase your sessions in bulk through a membership tier—or a daily treadmill session. Memberships are offered for each program.
Memberships never expire and once purchased, can be used to select a session or class on the calendar from any facility.
How do classes work?
Pre-purchase sessions through a membership, then select a class from the calendar. Use the filters to find your preferred class and location.
