Adding Pittsburgh-area talent to the Men’s First Team roster, we’re pleased to welcome Matt Cillo to the squad.

Cillo is going into his second year of collegiate soccer with RMU (D1).

“Matt is an extremely energetic fullback with a desire to get beyond the ball. He injects tempo into the game when he’s on or near the ball and can produce when he gets into attacking positions,” said Coach Tom Campbell.

Growing up in McDonald, PA, Cillo trained with Beadling SC.

“I want to continue to sharpen my skills and compete at a higher level all summer with the team,” said Cillo. “While I don’t know what to expect entering into the NPSL, I am looking forward to playing through the summer with a good group of guys.”

The Pittsburgh Hotspurs first game is May 25th in Erie against the Commodores. Tickets can be purchased here.
