What is Overtime Athlete Training Sessions (OATS)?

OATS is for athletes that want to do more work on top of their club or school sports seasons. Here they'll work with one of our trainers on improving strength and speed to assist in their sport.

Athletes pre-purchase sessions through a membership tier.

Each session is 60-75 minutes long and will vary in size, with a maximum of 15 athletes with one coach.

Age 9-14

For young athletes of any sport who want to prepare for the next level of training. We will learn new movements while improving the athlete's mobility, flexibility and strength.

For athletes who are looking for year-round training that will take their athletic development to the next level. We will improve the athlete's endurance, strength, and power, as well as their mobility, flexibility, speed and agility.

For adult athletes searching for classes and guided training. This membership also offers single day use of the gym and treadmills.

How do memberships work?

Purchase your sessions in bulk through a membership tier—or a daily treadmill session. Memberships are offered for each program.

Memberships never expire and once purchased, can be used to select a session or class on the calendar from any facility.

How do classes work?

Pre-purchase sessions through a membership, then select a class from the calendar. Use the filters to find your preferred class and location.

Our treadmills are available for single-use, self-guided workout sessions.

Steel City FC Performance Center (No Offseason)

Located at No Offseason and utilized by our U15+ players and small group training for players of all ages. Also offers hours open to public.

Steel City FC Performance Center (North)

Located inside the Family Sports Center, the Performance Center is for our U15+ players for dedicated off-field training.
