Players from both Arsenal and Hotspurs can earn a spot with the Men's and Women's First Team squads.

This exciting collaboration between the two clubs creates a unique pathway to training and competition to provide a platform for prospects to push themselves further, earlier!

Development Phases

U11 - U12

  • 1 - 5v5 tournament (fall)
  • 1 - Winter 4v4 tournament (winter)
  • Jan-Feb - Winter 5v5 League
  • 1 - 5v5 tournament (spring)

Introducing our players to competing and training with a variety of players, all players will participate in regional events -- exposing them to future teammates and the full Steel City staff.

Youth Development

U13 - U14

There will be 6 regional training sessions in the fall and 6 in the spring.

These sessions combine players into talent pools within an a 6 session ID period. This is a 3rd training session at no extra cost.

The top 32 players in the talent pool will have an opportunity to compete in the 'Academy' team at the E64 & GLC (Girls) and GLC/GLA (Boys).

Additional games for the league competition are invite-only and have an additional cost.

The Classic (site) team players can participate in 10 additional sessions from Nov-May in a regional tech focused training. Players will be grouped by skill.

Performance Phase

U15 - U19

The top 32 players in the talent pool will have an opportunity to compete in the Performance Phase as the 'Academy' team at the E64 & GLC (Girls) and GLC/GLA (Boys) levels.

The Performance Phase teams will train 3x a week from Nov-early June, primarily at No Offseason (Russellton, PA).

Games will be played over the course of 10 months, primarily as 7-8 game weekends, 2 games per weekend.

Soccer League

With over 90 teams across the country, the NSPL is one of the largest established men's soccer leagues in the country, with a vision to be the foundation of the domestic development pyramid, foster the development of soccer in the U.S., and help develop a strong national team.

The NPSL is a member of the USASA and affiliated with the USSF.

United Women's Soccer

United Women’s Soccer is a national pro-am league founded in December 2015 on the basis of providing equality, opportunity and respect for the women’s game. UWS has proven to be an innovative league that has paved the way for the further advancement of women’s soccer. Ninety-plus teams based in the United States and Canada comprise two distinct levels of competition: UWS and UWS League Two (UWS2).

With over 17 NWSL draftees & 100 professional contracts to its name, UWS provides high level competition for college players, aspiring & former professionals, and international stars. The season runs from May until the end of July, culminating in a National Championship.
